In the garden you will find the rectangular swimming pool, with curved edges and hydromassage area, measuring 12 metres by 4 with a depth of up to 2 metres, externally paved and complete with beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a shower (no hot water). Guests can also use a large loggia near the pool, which can be closed and is a perfect outdoor living area complete with elegant kitchen including a stonework barbecue and air conditioning.Interior The villa is on two floors and is furnished with precious furniture, with cotto and hardwood flooring. The main entrance is on the raised ground floor and leads to a large living room with sofas and a spacious dining room which also has sofas, armchairs, a TV and large stonework fireplace; from here, a few steps lead to the fully-equipped kitchen with central working surface. Rounding up the ground floor are a bathroom with bathtub, hydromassage shower and sauna and a washing room. A large marble staircase leads to the first floor with 3 double bedrooms of which one with balcony, a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with bathtub.
