The hotel is housed within a townhouse of an original terrace of Victoria houses. This secluded located provides a leafy alternative to the larger hotels in city. The hotel has the added benefit of provide car parking at the rear of the property, although this is limited.

All of the 42 rooms provide traditionally decorated ensuite accommodation. All rooms are of a fair standard, but clean and tidy. Facilities include colour television, radio, direct-dial phone, modem point, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and trouser press.
Restaurant
The Chimney Pots restaurant is available providing traditional cuisine, and can seat up to 100 guests. The restaurant is located on the lower floor on the hotel and is designed in bright, but more modern colours. The restaurant is renowned for it good standard of cuisine and is enjoyed by the locals of Harrogate on a regular basis.
