As you reach the first floor you are greeted by the landing with built in wardrobes leading to easy access to 2 well sized double bedrooms both with updated en-suites. One of the bedrooms have a balcony with overlooking the private pool with stairs going to the solarium.There is airconditioning in the lounge and the double bedrooms.The Neighborhood:Within 5 minutes walk there are numerous bars, different nationality restaurants and a large supermarket.You are a few minutes walk from the nearest beach and the Nautilus Restaurant and Bar.Getting Around:A car is not essential, however if you wish to explore the surrounding areas it is beneficial.There are bus stops within a 5 minute walk, which will take you to Cartagena, Torrevieja and Alicante. There is also a local bus service which will take you to Zenia Boulevard.
