In the main house, the accommodation is all on the ground floor comprising of 4 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a separate traditional kitchen and a large lounge/diner which has direct access to the spacious rear terrace.  As lovely as the house is, it's surely the gardens, inviting private swimming pool and amazing barbecue/Al Fresco dining area that has people returning time and again. *- Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd - 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings. -* Mobility Statement To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide along with 5 steps to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 76cm and other doors that access the pool area are 66cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 80cm wide, the grounds are uneven and the pool has roman steps to enter. All the bedroom doors are 67cm wide and all the bathroom doors are 67cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 70cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us. Important Information During the winter period, October – April, temperatures can drop considerably, especially in the evening and overnight. Heaters can be added to your booking in the extras page where available. Covid Cancellation Policy - If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, the supplier will allow you to move your booking to alternative travel dates whilst if there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so. Please note the owner of this property will not allow group bookings for people aged 24 and under.
