This 5 bedroom Mediterranean style house with capacity for 15 people is distributed over 3 floors and the entrance is at the top of the villa, where the parking place for up to 2 cars is. The first floor is destined to the resting time of all guests with most of the bedrooms situated here. There are 2 double bedrooms sharing a magnificent en suite bathroom that includes a Jacuzzi bath overlooking the terrace with breathtaking sea views over the bay and an Italian shower. One of the double bedrooms has exclusive access to this terrace and shares the same impressive blue views. Besides, there are two other bedrooms with beautiful views, one with a double bed and the other one with 3 single beds. They both share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Parquet flooring has been used on this level to make it more cozy and restful. Going down the staircase it leads to the open plan living area oozing a fresh breath of the Mediterranean modern lifestyle, colorful and simple at the same time. Let the list begin! Likewise, it has another separate bedroom with a double bed and original stone walls, as well as a bathroom with a massage shower stall. This is the ground floor, but is luminous and has the most beautiful sea views from here. It includes air conditioning as well as an electric chimney. The large swimming pool outside is surrounded by palm trees and an orange tree with a spot for sunbeds where to bask under the sun.
