The beach resort Fontane Bianche, which alternates sandy beaches and picturesque rocky coastline, is about 15 km south from Syracuse. Fontane Bianche can be rightly referred to as one of the best known and most popular seaside resorts in the province of Syracuse. The rocky coasts are flat and walkable. The resort offers a bus service every 90 minutes to Syracuse. Villa Melina (6 pers.) Villa Melina is approximately 500 m away from the rocky coast and 3 minutes by car from the sandy beach, located on one of the beautiful bays of Fontane Bianche. The house was recently completely renovated and tastefully furnished with the best conveniences for a relaxing holiday. Interiors: after you've crossed the gate and parked the car inside the fully fenced property, five steps lead to the living area of the house which provides comfort for six peoples in a space of about 100 square meters. Through the front door you reach the bright living room with dining area where guests can eat together or spend pleasant evenings playing board games with the family. As an alternative, you can spend time on the couch watching a film on the flat screen with satellite TV. The kitchen can be reached either directly from the living room or from a side porch, and is equipped with 4-flame gas stove, electric oven, microwave and toaster. Espresso machine (classic espresso maker) and washing machine available. The three bedrooms of the house are all equipped with a double bed and ceiling fan and differ from each other in the details of different colours. Almost all paintings inside the house have been painted by the owner. A bathroom with shower and toilet and a bathroom with WC / bidet. A portable crib, a high chair and toys for children available and included in the price. On request, bicycles can be hired on the spot. Outside accommodation: the outdoor area is closely linked to the indoors. Three porches surround the house and provide at any time the appropriate sunny or shaded place that invites you to spend good moments outside. Outside the door of the living room, you will find the first veranda with seating facilities, but if you want to have breakfast sitting in the shade, the porch on the left is the right place. As already seen, it can be reached also from the kitchen. Each veranda overlooks the lush garden with lawn where there are a slide and a swing available for children, and where parents can see their children playing at any time. In the summer months, in the garden there is also a paddling pool. A grill for relaxing barbecues is available. Parking inside the property. For the duration of the stay, a rental car is recommended. If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50 are required for this extra cleaning.
