Directly in front of the front door and overlooking the garden is a small and nice veranda with seating and dining facilities. The path which leads to the small terrace with barbecue is in front of the laundry room whit washing machine.Of course, you can also enjoy the sea view from the small terrace with barbecue, but not as outstanding as you can enjoy from the solarium, after you climbed few steps of an external staircase. Here, the view extends over the bay of Fontane Bianche.Comfortable parking inside the fully fenced property.
