Located near Porta Aurea, one of the ancient gates of Paestum, it is about 300 metres from the old town. The National Archaeological Museum, with many artefacts, including the Tomb of the Diver, is just a 9-minute drive. The Temple of Athena, clearly visible from the Barn and a splendid example of Greek architecture, is 550 metres away. Paestum train station is 1.5 km away while Naples airport is about 110 km away.
