Porto Istana is located to the feet of Capo Ceraso, surrounded by mediteranean fauna and many beaches with fine white sand. In front of the beach of Porto Istana you find the island Tavolara: a little mountain of white stone, 600m high, emerging inmidst the sea. It s a wild oasis and part of water protection area. To it s feet there is a long beach called "Spalmatore di Terra". Since 1994, every year in July, an italian filmfestival takes place here.The centre of Porto Istana offers all necessary shops like supermarkets, newspaper stands, restaurants etc. It s unique position makes it to the perfect place for spending your holiday in the middle of nature and just a few steps from the beach. It offers beautiful sea views, including ones of the island Tavolara. The division is: living area with kitchenette and studio couch, double bedroom with private bathroom, second bedroom and bathroom. There is a big furnished veranda with sea view and a big garden surrounding the villa, so even the smallest guests can play outside. Parking, TV, washing machine and outside shower are also available. It is the perfect place for lovers of the ocean, tranquillity and privacy. The beach is around 550m away, reachable by foot or car, as the house owns a parking space just 70m from the beach. Very suitable beach for children as the waters are shallow. In the close Murta Maria you find things for your daily need. The apartment is also a good starting point for excursions to the northern part of the island, from Budoni to Costa Smeralda. Please leave the kitchen in a clean state. Otherwise we will have to apply additional cleaning costs of 50,00. Please seperate and clean up the garbage (consider the displayed lists). In case of disregard we will withhold 50% of the deposit.
