It is a complex of 2 parts : One part is the studios that are built in attached, whitewashed squares and have a distinct Aegean architectural style, and the other part is the more modern apartments, set in a brown 3 storey building of a thoroughly modern outlook. The pool and bar is dividing the studio area from the apartment area of the hotel.

The small, whitewashed studios are built next to each other in a distinct Aegean style, with small windows to preserve coolness and a beautiful terrace adorned with green climbers and various flowers. Inside, wrought iron beds, mosquito nets and various decorations and items characteristic of the Aegean island culture complete the traditional outlook.
