All bedrooms can sleep 2 guests each and are located on the first floor. One bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom with shower. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. Youll find plants and art around, rounding up the space and making sure you feel at home right away. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. Youll have access to the apartment at all times. Sloane Square and the Kings Road are not far and with the tube a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes. Given the location of the home, most of London's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close youll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. Youll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. If youre looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids wont let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay. Well always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and whats more, if theres a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
