Nestléd in a quaint setting so convenient to shopping and restaurants. Lovely rooms, somewhat small but well appointed. One thing to tell travelers, is that there is no shampoo or lotions in the room. Surprising..just a universal soap dispenser on the wall and in the tub . Not nice. Also, no wireless service for computers in the room. Only the lobby. Not convenient for the business traveler nor for the individual who needs some privacy.
The buffet for breakfast is wonderful & very good value. The dog park just down the street is noisy as people will take their dogs at all hours..

Can thoroughly recommend this hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights on a weekend break and it's a really nice hotel in a fairly quiet location (we did get woken on the Friday and Saturday by some shouting, drunk young men I think but then we stayed when football was on!) which overlooks a lovely garden area to the front.
Rooms were quite small but very very clean and the bathroom was also very clean too. Only downside is that there were not tea and coffee making facilities. Staff are friendly and most speak English.
Breakfast selection was fantastic, although unfortunately I couldn't make the most of it as got food poisoning while away (not from the hotel I hasten to add!)
Really do recommend this hotel we'd definitely stay here again, and the price we got was very reasonable too.

Excellent value for money. Pleasant setting away from noise of Grand Via but close enough (just three stops on metro). Very prettily decorated entrance ready for Christmas. Helpful staff. Good selection of buffet breakfast

The hotel was quite nice but the room was much smaller than expected when compared with publicity.
Also the brochure had a picture of a very nice roof sun terrace, when we asked reception for access we were told there wasn't one. We then asked to use the gym and were advised it is not actually in the hotel and was closed, this was on Saturday afternoon!
Unfortunately we did not feel that we had stayed in a 4 star hotel at the end of the visit.
