Parfait

Superbe sejour au zephyr. les chambres sont spacieuses et la déco superbe. la game room est parfaite pour les petits et les grands. le hall de l’hotel est très agreable pour passer du temps et l’exterieur est top pour prendre l’apéro.

Quirky but pricy

An okay hotel. room was fitted with king bed, dart board & backgammon. there was a hole in the doona cover, water bottles were not replaced when used, the making of the bed became sloppy during the stay, where the blanket was found just screwed up in a ball on the side of the window seat. face washers, were missing on one day & then there was the 2 mornings in a row where we were woken up by the fire alarm at 6:30am in the morning (first day we were grabbing our passports and half way out the door when it stopped after going off for over 10 minutes). second morning only about 30 seconds. no apologies from the staff there, and when we did ask the question to one, it was "i dont know". very tight bathroom & room (not sure if this was just due to the king size bed??) great location, in close to pier 39 & some tasty resturants.

Great location

We tried to check in a 3 pm but our room was not ready. they offered us another room which had a full bay view room. this room was nice but it was so far from the front desk it had no water pressure and the room would not heat. in fact the toilet would not even flush several times through out the first 2 nights were were in the upgraded room. the room was 62 degrees when we got in our room and never got above 66. we called that night but could not fix it that night so we thought they would fix it the next day. we had tours and events scheduled every day so we ere not in the room during the day. they did not fix the heat so we had to move rooms. the deluxe room also didn't have any dresser. we had to live out of suitcase. when you stay in a deluxe room one would think to have a dresser. by the third day we had to move rooms the front desk people were very helpful when we finally moved rooms. we have stayed at this hotel before just because of the location and would stay here again but not in the deluxe bay view room.

Great location and unique atmosphere!

Hotel zephyr in san francisco , ca, is a fun and unique hotel that is located near the pier, lombard st., and chinatown. the rooms are comfortable and the guest common areas include courtyard with multiple fire-pits, a food truck, and game room. i would stay at hotel zephyr again an recommend it to anyone visiting san francisco for the first time.
