The hotel is superb, however the reception staff are a bit withdrawn and just there. not attentive as other hotels. the business facilities are very bad, the duration of my stay i had no internet access in my room for 3 days. there is one laptop in reception for all to use which is extremely small, there are no photocopying and fax facilities. it is like pulling teeth asking the staff to use there machines. the restaurant is way over rated and is poor standard of choice and quality. the facilities are very good ie gym, sauna, swimming pool (should be covered for winter use, currently it is open air and is closed from sep onwards)
