Could not get a better location to darling harbour - walked across road and right there. perfect! although booking when arrived had been incorrectly arranged, this was sorted and staff very apologetic. senior staff were excellent and extremely friendly. excellent customer service. could not tell for one second there were building renovations next door. rooms were lovely and big, although showers/bathrooms on the tinier side - but very clean. lovely rooms and wonderful stay. will be booking here again without fail.
