They drove us out of the hotel

We paid but we didn’t actually stay at this hotel. this was the final stop of our trip around peru we had stayed at 5 other hotels. upon arriving the manager of the hotel informed us that we had to pay 10usd per day for “water and also cleaning the room” and also we would have to pay an extra 1.66usd for an apparent “tourist tax” we stated to the hotel that we had stayed in 5 other hotels in the past 2 weeks in peru and not on had made us pay for this tourist tax so we said it didn’t seem like a real tax. at this moment the manager of the hotel raised her voice and started screaming at us saying that it was all on the hotels click website. but i told her i booked it on trivago. after being screamed at and having fingers pointed at me and my wife we decided to leave the hotel and find somewhere else to stay. upon contacting hotelsclick they informed us that they couldn’t issue us a refund because the hotel were refusing the refund and had also charged expedia the full charge for the stay. bearing in mind we hadn’t stayed there at all. to sum it up this hotel wasn’t clean the staff are extremely unprofessional and unfriendly so i wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay here.
