Well past its best and not in nice area.
This hotel is situated downtown in an area frequented by homeless people all camping out on the street. the road absolutely stunk of urine. the hotel itself is a classic but doesn't meet up with modern standards, that is noise pollution from neighbouring rooms. we booked 3 rooms months in advance of our stay, but on arrival they couldn't (wouldn't.?) allocate 3 rooms together, so two of my family were sited on the other side of the hotel.
