When we arrived they said they had problems with the hot water in our room, and they had to transfer us to their sister hotel - so quartier. well, i guess the problem was overbooking (either by hotelsclick or so sienna). so quartier turned out to be ok with a nice bathroom, good bed, but with an awful sofa and the kitchen was a bare minimum.
