Standard rooms are awful and the housekeeping service is terrible. we found cockroach on the bed. hangers were with oxide and towels with stains. when we arrived in the room, the floor was completely wet smelling like clorox. i wouldn’t recommend this hotel. food is horrible and there is no variety, i needed a banana and water for my baby and had to ask for, when it’s actually an inclusive hotel.

Es war einwunderbarer aufenthalt. das hotel bietet zahlreiche aktivitäten (inklusive) wie tennis, wassersport, kinderanimation, shows, etc. eine tolle tauchschule (mehrkosten). sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes personal. moderne zimmer. umfangreiches buffet, besonders zu empfehlen sind die a la carte restaurants (auch inklusive)! die lage ist sehr schön. großzügige anlage. man kann bei zahlreichen aktivitäten mitmachen oder einfach entspannen. kein hotelblock, max. 2 etagen. toller strand mit vielen liegen und palmen die schatten spenden.
