A very good hotel in a quiet part of rome . 5 minutes from the metro with plenty of good resturants within easy walking distance. rooms were clean & quiet, including the air conditioning system. breakfast include some hot items as well as the normal continental items. staff very friendly & helpful. used the limo service to go to the airport excellent service & very reasonable priceed.

The hotel is within walking distance of termini station, so very handy for us. reception staff were helpful and efficient, but the room was the smallest we have experienced anywhere, and was inadequate for a 4* hotel, or any hotel for that matter.

Hotel villafranca was ok. nothing really exciting to write about in regards to this hotel. we booked a superior double but were allocated an average double room. the bathroom was very small. there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling. the bedroom carpet was stained as were the decorative cushions on the bed. the street outside was noisy from 5:00 am onwards. the hotel is a good stretch of the legs from any of the main tourist sites but we didn't mind the walk.

Excellent value,friendly staff,very, very clean room which was supposed to be superior was quite small but was nicely decorated with efficient air conditioning,fridge ,good shower

Excellent hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was substantial and of a high quality. the rooms were clean and air conditioned we had one double and one triple. the hotel was very convenient to a metro station and bus routes but because it was on a side street it was also quiet at night. there were lovely resturants nearby. we made one international phone call from our room which cost very little. we have used 'hotelsclick' before and found the experience excellent
