Lovely hotel a couple of miles out of the city centre but with an excellent metro link into town. the rooms were nicely furnished and breakfast was sufficient. we originally stayed in room 110 which is at one end of the hotel where it ajoins a private block of flats. each morning at five o'clock we were awoken by a lady singing (otherwise it was a very quiet area). this happened for a few days until we could take it no more and complained to reception. they explained that a demented lady lived next door and it was her we could hear. the receptionist gave us a room at the other end of the hotel which was more spacious and had a nicer bathroom (105) so couldn't complain about their customer service.
