Andels is a modern hotel adjacent to the main railway station. it offers extremely comfortable and good sized bedrooms and wonderful bathrooms the breakfasts are very good and staff very pleasant and helpful it is between 5 and 10 minutes to the centre of the old town and so everything in central kracow is within walking distance. hotelsclick.com are very easy to deal with and everything happened perfectly--with the lowest price i could find at that time!

A wonderful stay in an excellent location. friendly helpful staff, nothing was a problem and they helped organise all our sightseeing which let us get on with enjoying ourselves. the rooms are gorgeous and chic yet a good size and very comfortable, the restaurant served nice food and the bar area was a great place to hang-out for a much needed drink after a long day seeing the beautiful and historic city of krakow.

An excellent hotel with very friendly staff. its location is excellent; very central. rooms were clean and it has an excellent restaurant. would definitely recommend it!

this is the 3rd time we have stayed in this hotel and i haveto say that the service in the bar was no where neara sgood this time the staff were not as friendly and we were charged twice for drinks on more than one occasion. as for the service at breakfast it was the worst i have ever come across so different to the last time we stayed , a real disapointment.

Andel's hotel in krakow is a beautifully designed hotel. the bedrooms have a contemporary style and were extremely comfortable. the hotel staff spoke good english which was very helpful to us and they were polite and friendly. the location of the hotel is excellent for the train and bus station as well as for shopping. we had a fantastic stay and hope to visit again very soon.
