It was clean & quaint. i didn't realize we'd have to pay for parking. valet is $40 a night or good luck finding a spot on the street. no refrigerator in the room,the toilet kept clogging, they did respond right away the 1st time, not as quickly the 2nd. we had to check out a day early because of a flight change. the girl at the front desk gave us a little attitude. upside.. lots of places to eat nearby.

I booked this specific hotel for market days weekend in chicago. it's close enough to the festivities, yet also far enough away from the madness. one of the best hotel choices because all the staff we met and dealt with were extremely helpful, always approachable and ensured to welcome us to the hotel every time they saw us. our room was located on the 3rd floor, had a great street view and was very spacious for 2 people. the decor was festive, contemporary and chicago-centric to the city life. i strongly recommend this hotel and booking through hotelsclick.com (because we received an exceptional price)!

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and courteous. we was able to get into our room 3 hours earlier than scheduled. we will not stay at any other hotel when we visit chicago.
