A former private villa , this small hotel is very good value for money. the sea front is about 15 mins walk and the hotel will supply beach towels if you need them. small but functional breakfast room with plenty of choice. our rear facing room was pleasant and quiet , front rooms may have more of a road noise problem. would certainly stay here again.

Stayed here before but in rooms with balcony. this time smaller rooms on back. really clean, comfortable and friendly staff. would stay again.

- excellent value for money. - convenient location for bus and train station, old town and sea front. - extremely helpful reception staff, spoke fluent english. - our room was a little small, but apart from that every thing was perfect.

Very friendly, clean hotel. well situated for bus station and railway station and walks to old town and plenty of reasonably priced restaurants. hotelsclick prices were exceptionally good. good english spoken in hotel but also prepared to let me converse in simple french with them - thank you easy transfer from nice airport - 4 euros for 1-day bus ticket (exact money only required). able to take cheap trips out of nice to monacco by train and st-paul-de-vence by bus (1 euro each way) an excellent place for a long weekend.

We thought this hotel offered fantastic value for money. its location is ideal; bus station, rail station, sea front, old town, shopping all a 10 minute walk, or less, away. the hotel has a very attractive reception area and the staff are all pleasant and extremely helpful (and speak excellent english). our room was on the small side but perfectly adequate (there were larger rooms in the hotel but these are probably more expensive), and had a very good bathroom. i highly recommend this hotel for a short break ( we stayed 3 nights), a bit of sophistication and good location without paying the earth.
