Aesthetic appeal, it looks great and for the price a great location but perhaps use this hotel for 'park' days at universal only. there are many failings, the room cleanliness is not good and the scale of the property is massive, truly massive. everything costs more apart from the bus to universal where everything costs more however the room rate is relatively low, to get you there to spend more. consider that, are you in orlando just for universal parks? yes, stay at one of their hotels which include fast pass tickets because a group might pay more for these alone than the room rate itself. no, stay elsewhere and either use their free shuttle, drive or uber.
