Restaurant
There truly is such a thing as good culinary karma. Just ask our Executive Chef Walter Pisano, the inspired mastermind behind our award-winning Tulio Restaurant. Dedicated to his life-long passion of bringing Italian cuisine to its highest level, he must be doing all the right things, because the awards and accolades just keep coming. Recognized by Travel + Leisure magazine as one of the "best Italian restaurants in the U.S" Tulio is loved by locals and visitors alike for its honest, impeccable Italian cuisine with a market-fresh Northwest twist (think house-made smoked salmon ravioli). And trust us, don't miss the sweet potato gnocchi - it's a Seattle staple to dine for. Chef Walter is also driven by a deep belief in honoring the talents and knowledge of local producers and artisans: seafood, produce, cheese and more are sourced regionally from capable hands that provide stellar ingredients for his culinary palate. And because every great meal deserves an equally fabulous wine, Chef has curated an unequalled wine collection that has earned a Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence." There's a bigger picture though that makes up the complete canvas of food and wine experiences at Tulio and the Vintage Seattle, a Kimpton Hotel. You'll discover that it's about much more than a menu here. Whether you're hosting a private event or enjoying an amazing selection of Washington State wines during our nightly wine reception, our inviting ambiance and Kimpton Four Diamond service are our way of saying that what we do is all about you.
