This is a hilton branded hotel?????

I am a hilton honors member and have never had a bad experience that wasn't corrected or compensated for by the hotel manager or hilton honors. unfortunately until now. the hotel was nice from the outside and i am a retired cop from the city this hotel is in, so i was apprehensive to say the least about staying here. nevertheless i booked through hotelsclick.com. hilton told me they would have matched the price by the way. the room was filthy and old but were only staying for two nights. then the toilet started running like very ten minutes. i told the hotel staff at the front desk and they said they would look into it. i should have told them to listen into it. so after the second night of hearing what sounded like someone turning the shower off and on all night, each night, we had to extend our trip until thursday. they wanted us to move rooms but we decided to come to our senses and book the hotel through hilton directly. hilton told us they couldn't do anything to rectify the stay because we booked through a third party. the hotel offered me 5000 points, which would t even get me a free night at their hotel on a wednesday. i feel cheated and unrested. please change the name of your hotel.
