The Check-in Office for Aston Shores at Waikoloa is relocating to a more convenient location at the Queens’ Marketplace shopping center located less than a mile from the current office space. Please look for the Aston Hotels & Resorts office located on the 2nd floor above the Food Court of the Queens' Marketplace. There is plenty of parking in the back of the shopping center and an elevator to get to the 2nd floor. Address and Office Hours: 69-201 Waikoloa Beach Drive Suite #2607 (2F7), Waikoloa, HI 96738. 7am to 9pm daily. All guests that anticipate arriving after office hours, it is very important to please contact the office to receive the late arrival instructions (gate code/lock box code/maps, etc.)
