Difficult wekend !!
My flight got delay 4 hrs so i couldn't make it to the hotel until 2:30am. the receptionist informed that they are sold out and even that i reserved and paid for my room a month in advance, they didn't have a room for me. exhausted after a long trip, all the delays and found me and my child without a room was very frustrated.
it took them almost 2 hours to find a place for us to stay but i had to take a taxi because it was 35min away. finally almost at 6am i made it to another hotel far from the location i need, and of course i requested a late checkout but they couldn't compile with my request because it was full too.
embassy suit is well known for the breakfast, well in the new hotel the breakfast was really bad and not free !!! now, i'm trying to get my money back but it has been a nightmare.
the hotel said that hotel click should give me the refund but hotel click says that they need the authorization from the hotel. i'm a very frustrated customer and i feel that i got steal because they charged me for something that i never received the service.
