It's a nice hotel for the price. if your wanting to have a place where can be active it's perfect! so much to do in the summer time and winter. i stayed in the summer and it was great. i could see how nice it would be in the winter, because it's so close to the ski lift. right on the skie resort. the pool is average.

My room had not sheets on the pull out bed, which is common i was told. my biggest complaint was that when i called to get my sheets i got hung up on the first time. they said they would be up in 10 minutes, i called 15 minutes later and they said he would be there in 2 minutes. 15 minutes later i called and they said he was on his way up? this went on and finally an hour and ten minutes after my fist call the front desk asked that i come get my own sheets? i was upset by this point and i didn't want to pack a 2 year old and a 4 year old down to get sheets so i told them to bring them up. i got my sheets and went to bed. thirty minutes later someone is pounding on the door, i go open the door and there are more sheets?? i tell the guy that i don't need the sheets and he shakes his head and walks away. i called down the next day to talk to the manager and they said he would call when he arrived. the next day i called again to talk to the manager and the same guy answered when i asked him why the manager didn't call me back he responded that i was my problem and he figured that i would call back to get the manager. very disappointing. i have the names of the employee's if anyone cares. i love it up at the canyons area but the staff at the sun dial was horrible.
