I booked a hotel room on the website. upon arrival we were told by the clerk that the website had overbooked and we werent the only ones who had come to the hotel with the same problem. since sll the other hotrls were booked we were forced to drive 45 min to another hotel. the trip was ruined due to us not being able to stay in the city we had intended. not hotels fault but the website.
