The hotel and booking site both advertised a vast amount of spa facilities to then find out when checking in these had all been closed down for over a year. the hotel was very dated and in need of renovation. the room also had a number of defects. would not recommend this hotel to anyone. didn't like being sold a room on false representation.

Overall a very pleasant stay. the staff were very friendly. the chef in the restaurant made it his duty to walk around the restaurant and talk to the customers.
the hotel was too warm for my liking but the weather was exceptionally warm. the hotel was clean. the rooms were too small and the bed took up most of the room.
however, the lounge are was very comfortable and we did not have to sit in our room. we had dinner in the restaurant on both evenings and had contrasting experiences. the first night the food and the service was excellent. the second night they served soup but had no bread rolls. two of the meals were served luke-warm and had to go back. however they did not charge for those two meals and they did that of their own initiative.
