Firstly hotelsclick.com did not pass on my reservation even though it was booked and paid for months in advance. the hotel wanted us to pay an extra 100 pounds on the day which we refused to do. it took several hours to solve this problem and was only done after we found an internet cafe to print off emails and receipts to prove we had booked and paid for the room. the room itself was barely adequate with the most uncomfortable bed ever. we will never stay in a travelodge hotel again. we booked and paid an extra 2 nights beforw our arrival after all the hassle of trying to check in, the manager from reception came to our room on the second morning and asked us to leave as we were due to check out the previous day even though we had paid for two more nights.
