Awful staff

The majority of the reception staff here are totally untrustworthy and unhelpful. they did not seem to understand that we had booked through a website other than their own and every time we passed the reception area we were called over and told publicly that we had not pre-paid (we had, through hotels.click). we were made to feel like fraudsters (we are most certainly not). there was no attempt by senior management to sort the matter out and we were only taken seriously when we threatened legal action.

my husband is seriously ill with heart failure and neither decency or kindness was shown to him by the reception staff (with the exception of izabel).

when we left, izabel advised us to book through the holiday inn website and nowhere else. my reply was:
"i shall never stay in a holiday inn again; next time i will book with hilton, where i am treated like a human being".

if i could, i would have given a zero star rating, particularly as my husband is still very weakened by the stress we had to deal with.
