We stayed at this hotel for an event at the echo arena, the arena was a 2-minute walk from the hotel, i don’t think we could have stayed any closer, liverpool town centre a 15-minute walk and the albert dock area 5-minutes walk
the rooms were clean and basic but this is a budget hotel and does not pretend to be any different.
the breakfast was better than i have had in more expensive hotels.
i was awoken once in the night be noises in the corridor of revellers coming back late but i am a light sleeper and it never woke my son.
(i’m sure i have disturbed guests in hotels when i have been on party weekends so i accept it as part of staying in hotels)
overall it was value for money with the location to the arena a big plus.

The hotel was excellent - the staff were friendly and helpful - the room was large, clean & warm with a fabulous view of the waterfront & the beds were really comfortable and the way they were made with all covers removable for laundering was so hygenic. there was everything you would need in the room. the breakfast room was great and the breakfast was excellent. i couldnt fault the hotel at all and we hope to stay there again soon.
