Rooms
We have a total of sixteen guest bedrooms of which 4 are premium suites and 3 are superior rooms. Each guest bedroom is individually decorated and has its own unique character and sense of style. The rooms do not have numbers but are named after local places and Scottish clans associated with the House. In each room you will find a colour television, direct dial telephone, fridge (where we leave fresh milk each day), complimentary mineral water and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. All rooms have central heating and some have gas fires in addition. Man-made fibre duvets and pillows are standard but feather varieties are available on request, as are an ironing board and iron. All rooms will accommodate at least 2 people. Some rooms have four poster beds, others half testers; some have fine views over the Beauly Firth, while others look out onto the gardens and the Loving Tree. One has its own conservatory while another has a whirlpool bath. To discover the delights of the different rooms, please follow the individual links on the left. Whichever room you stay in, you will not be disappointed; the peaceful location and clean, clear air, not forgetting the comfortable beds, will assure you of a good night’s sleep.
Restaurant
ining at Bunchrew is a real experience. Our wood-panelled restaurant has fabulous views over the Beauly Firth to the mountains beyond and when dining with us you’ll often see the most magnificent sunsets to rival any other place in the world. The food too is superb. Chef Walter Walker currently holds 2 AA Rosettes and is actively working towards a third. His cooking is a fusion of Scottish and European styles using the best of ingredients from the Highland Larder. His menus are complemented by a fine selection of over 70 different wines to suit every palate. If you'd like to see a sample Dinner Menu, please follow the link on the left.
