Lobby

The lobby area is medium in size and very traditional, with flagstones on the floor and Chinese style rugs. There is a warm lounge area next to this with leather Chesterfield sofas and a real log fire.

Exterior

Originally a tudor manor house, a new extension has been built behind the hotel so that it does not spoil the facade.

Rooms

Some of the bedrooms are situated in the main building and these vary in shape and size. The majority of the bedrooms however are in the new modern extension and these are all standardised. Decor in the new wings and the old is very similar and allrooms are of a very high standard with traditional fabrics.

Restaurant

The restaurant area has been built in the old courtyard, and the roof is made of glass retaining the original appearance and not enclosing it. It is very bright and modern and is likened to a bistro.
