The rooms are of a very high standard and all have the expected facilities plus trouser press, iron and ironing board, pay movies and playstation. The rooms are large and luxurious.
The restaurant serves an international a la carte menu in a formal setting, whilst lighter meals can be taken in the more relaxed atmosphere of the cafe.

We arrived at about 10pm (after calling earlier at about 12pm to advise of later check in) only to find they had lost our booking! receptionist did not really communicate, more just grunts or nods in response to our questions. luckily they had a room available to honour the booking, but i can only conclude that this room is not normally in use due to the sub-standard accommodation it offered! if all rooms are this bad i cannot see the hotel would earn the star rating it has, i've stayed in de vere hotels in the past which was one of the reasons i chose st davids park - not up to their usual quality. although one facility they had in abundance was for ironing - we found 2 irons and 2 ironing boards in our room. the bed was more like a sofa bed/camp bed so not the best nights sleep!
breakfast continued with the same disappointing theme.
