Set in the small Ross-shire town of Tain, close by the shores of the Dornoch Firth has much of interest to the visitor with Beach, bowls, Tennis courts and gardens. Granted its charter in 1066 Tain also boasts a fascinating museum and visitors are welcome at the Famous Glenmorangie Distillery just a few minutes walk away.
