The hotel facilities were on the whole excellenand staff attention pretty good. 20% compulsory service charge seemed a bit pricy. however considering this was a business hotel with extensive conference facilities, the fact that for the 4 nights we stayed here, there was absolutely no internet connection/wifi was a serious negative. we had chosen this hotel for internet availability in order to monitor our businesses over the period. when this was not forthcoming, we would have cancelled our booking. however to get another booking at short notice was almost impossible in peak season.
