Stuff made typo mistakes in my name and surname

Hotel's stuff managed to make 2 typo mistakes: 1 in my name and surname. they made a copy of my passport but that did not help them to print letters correctly. because of that typo in surname they made, i had to separately make a visit at reception to understand why wi-fi is not working - surname is used as login. you have to log-in to wi-fi every 6 hours just because they want to make you pay for faster wi-fi. unteached stuff. so low for hilton hotelchain. also there was 15-minutes long problem with checking my card number. in their system it was also incorrect. finally they said it is ok. person at reception at first said i did not paid yet, though i paid at booking process online in hotelsclick website. also they said in their system i had a child which i have not. neighbourhood is unpleasant. it's hard and dangerous to walk to the hotel from the intersection: it is necessary to make your way through the gas station, bushes and parked cars, there is no footpath at all. but there are cafes and parked cars on pavement instead of footpath right in front the hotel.
