Excellent stay and very helpful staff especially stephanie the receptionist

We had a fantastic stay and on checkout we asked stephanie (receptionist) to call for a taxi to take us to the airport, which arrived within less than 5 minutes. however, when we were dropped off at the airport and the taxi had left, we realised that we forgot one of our bags in the taxi. we called stephanie to try to get hold of the taxi driver to deliver our bag to the airport. she took our number and got a hold of the taxi driver and called us to inform that the he is on his way to the airport to deliver our bag. ten minutes later, he dropped our bag and then she called us again to make sure that we got our bag. we were really happy and relieved thanks to the the exceptional helpfulness and professioancy of stephanie who is a great asset to the hotel.
