The location of this hotel is fantastic - for the traveler who wants to visit the Fair-ground or exploring Cologne - there is a tram station 2 min walk away on the Rudolfplatz. Good value hotel in nice area with plenty of great restaurants & bars. clean and warm. breakfast is good, but the supervisor has an attitude problem. filling up the food containers, before they run out and you have to request more, would be a great innovation. taking them away for washing 30 minutes before breakfast finishes is rude and annoying. also various things not working are not getting fixed - missing shower gel container, tv not working, leaking shower doors, internet console in the lobby.
