I didn't expect much of this hotel and only used it for one night on our way back from italy. however it turned out much better than expected and a lot cleaner than some more expensive hotels we stayed at in italy. if you are on a tight budget on a trip to venice, this is your hotel. also, the location is excellent - just across the train station of mestre, where you can get to venezia in 5 min. or so for 2 euros with the return ticket.
