Fantastic location - walking distance to southern cross railway station, spencer street outlet, harbour town shops/docklands, eithad stadium and south wharf dfo. friendly reception. clean and modern accommodation. room was clean and quiet. major downfall - they did not service our room for the 3 nights we were there. we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. that's a big no no!! other than that, i would definitely recommend and stay again.
