The hotel is getting old and needs updates.

Good location. budget hotel, more a 2 stars hotel than a 3 stars. outdated bathrooms. old furnitures and old tv. it looks like if no update has been done since it opened 10 years ago. you can find better options in patong for the same price. i will not considere to come again.
