This is very nice suites hotel very suitable for families as well as business travellers with a fantastic location for shopping Good hotel. bad management.
Although the services and the location were good, there were some serious issues. the ac broke several times. we were moved to another room where there was no ac at all, and that was one of the hottest weeks of the summer (temperatures almost 65 celsius). after we spoke to the manager, we were finally moved back to our original room where the ac was now fixed. several days later, part of the bathroom ceiling collapsed on my head while i was in the shower. i suffered from several cuts and head pain and was in serious need of medical attention. at first the hotel offered us transportation to the hospital but they quickly told us a driver was not available. i had to walk to a nearby clinic to get first aid. a family member later took me to the emergency room to be examined. the hotel offered no compensation for the accident.
