I was most impressed by the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. they spoke perfect english and were keen to assist with all our needs. the breakfast was good. the hotel was neat & clean at all times. the reception was staffed 24 x 7. rooms and washrooms are modern and fully equipped with all that you can think of. the shower was sheer luxury. and the hotel is also well connected through the gare de l'est metro station and is inexpensively and conveniently connected through bus 350 from the charles de gaulle airport. having said that the low side is the size of the rooms and the washrooms itself. they were small and cramped, but i suppose that is true for most hotels in central paris.
