Very unhappy. poor service

Hi you are completely wrong in your assertion. this was not the offer i paid for nor was it the website i booked with.i used hotelsclick.com by your staffs own admission this is a partner company of yours therefore becomes your responsibility ! i ordered the quadruple room with breakfast for four people please see attached hotel voucher. the whole matter is farcical and you may well wish to consider re-training your very rude and abrupt members of staff. i am in the process of writing to your head office to make a formal complaint and will explain to them the full context of my conversation with your receptionist, where he attempted to embarrass me into submission and later was heard laughing while he supposedly attempted to resolve the matter with your back office manager. i will not be subdued, your new york times square location should be ashamed of how it behaves. if i had been able to relocate to another hotel at such short notice i would have left immediately. i have stayed with both westin and sheraton across the world in thailand, usa and fiji as well as europe. i have never experienced such discourteous service in all these years. i will be making my opinion know widely across as many platforms as possible. it is no wonder that since returning and searching online you receive such bad reviews. i have contacted my visa card company since i feel an act of fraud has taken place and i am sure they will be in touch. i will also be complaining to the hotels association of new york as i am sure they would wish to know how you carry out your daily business. i trust this clarifies my position
