We stayed for 2 nights at the westbridge hotel we had braekfast and evening meals whichj were very good all staff were helpfull and polite a very good location for the olympic park we had one complaint which was we had no hot water to shower one morning we reported it but nothing was really done but we did not let it ruin our stay

Booking the hotel for this price you don't expect much. on arriving to the hotel (which looks more like the front of a shop than a hotel!), you remind yourself not to expect much. walking through the reception you get a feel for the hotel, an amazing modern friendly place to stay. the staff were very friendly and approachable. check in was quick and simple. the room was magnificent. very modern and current. location is brilliant. both over and underground station within walking distance. loads of shops for your wallets desire. only let down.....the breakfast. the buffet is in what feels like a broom cupboard, no system to allow easy service. it needs to be a little more open plan to make the breakfast easier and more convenient. the staff were also rude and unhelpful. asking for tea and not getting it and having to wait at least 10 minutes for more food to actually get the breakfast. it's a shame the breakfast service isn't as perfect as the rest of the hotel. but for the price....you will not find a better place. will stay again but will make sure to get my breakfast from the nearest cafe.

Simply and briefly, this is a good modern hotel, in a good location for either business or leisure, at a very reasonable price. the dlr and buses are on its doorstep and underground a short walk. travel time to the centre of london is only 30 mins and there are numerous shops and restaurants at the nearby westfield shopping centre. tourists should also visit the olympic park, located next to the shopping centre - only a 10 min walk from the hotel. guests should be aware that the hotel does not serve alcohol, nor does it serve pork at breakfast. breakfast however is of a high quality with a large variety including turkey and beef substitutes in lieu of the pork. highly recommended.
